"I have known the owners for some years now and both Willy and Jared are very helpful and accommodating. My kids have been involved in most of the MMA classes and 1 to 1 sessions with Jared also I have regular PT sessions with Jared which I find motivating and fulfilling, he is constantly setting new goals and makes sure we are on the right path to reach them.

The guys have recently upgraded equipment including a new dumbell set and I know they have plans to purchase more.
Its worth mentioning that there's always a great atmosphere during the fitness classes, even though they can be grueling.
